Everything you need to know about our limousine service

For standard services, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance. For special events like weddings or during peak seasons, booking 2-4 weeks ahead is advisable. However, we understand that plans can change suddenly, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

Don't worry about flight delays. Our team monitors your flight status in real-time and adjusts your pickup time accordingly. There are no additional charges for flight delays. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive, regardless of the delay.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled service, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior to the service will incur a 50% charge. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your booking or do not show up, the full amount will be charged.

For flight arrivals, we provide a 60-minute grace period from the time your flight lands. For all other services, we offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled pickup time. If your wait time exceeds these grace periods, an extended waiting charge of S$12 may apply.

Our prices are transparent, but there are situations where certain charges cannot be predicted in advance. Additional fees such as extended waiting times beyond the grace period or extra stops not included in your original booking will be charged separately from the booking. We will always inform you of any extra charges as soon as they arise.

Yes, if you've had a positive experience with a particular chauffeur, you can request them for your next booking. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate such requests. Many of our regular clients develop a preferred relationship with specific chauffeurs, which we encourage.
