Welcome to Prestige Limousine Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Service" refers to the limousine and transportation services provided by Prestige Limousine Service.
  • "Website" refers to the website operated by Prestige Limousine Service, accessible at prestigelimo.com.sg.
  • "Booking" refers to a reservation made through our website, by phone, email, or any other means to secure our transportation services.
  • "Booking Reference" refers, where applicable, to the system-generated identifier assigned to online bookings made through our website (e.g., PL20250101123456).
  • "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing our website or using our services.
  • "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to Prestige Limousine Service.

Service Description

Prestige Limousine Service provides luxury transportation services in Singapore, including but not limited to:

  • Airport Transfers: Both arrival and departure services at Changi Airport
  • Corporate and Business Travel: Executive transportation for business professionals
  • Hourly Hire/Booking: Flexible transportation services charged by the hour
  • Point-to-Point City Transfers: Direct transportation between locations in Singapore
  • Wedding and Special Event Transportation: Luxury vehicles for special occasions
  • Custom City Tours: Personalized sightseeing experiences

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Reservation

Booking Process

You may make a booking through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. When making a booking, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number with country code
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Service type (Airport Arrival, Airport Departure, or Hourly Hire)
  • Pickup date and time
  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location (for point-to-point services)
  • Number of passengers
  • Vehicle preference
  • Flight details (for airport transfers)
  • Number of hours (for hourly services)

Booking Confirmation

For online bookings made through our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and a system-generated booking reference number in the format "PL" followed by date and time (e.g., PL20250101123456). For bookings made by phone, email, or other channels, confirmation may be provided by our team using the relevant booking details, and a PL booking reference may not be issued. Please review all confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

User Accounts

Creating a user account is optional but provides benefits including:

  • Saving $5 on eligible online bookings
  • Faster booking process for future online reservations
  • Access to your online booking history
  • Ability to manage your personal information

Payment

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards processed through our secure payment gateway, Hitpay. We do not collect or store your payment information directly. All payment information is securely processed by Hitpay. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Online bookings will remain in "Pending Payment" status until payment is successfully processed.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of booking. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no markups.

Service Policies

Arrival and Waiting Time

Our drivers will arrive at the designated pickup location 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure punctuality. For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. Grace periods and applicable waiting charges are detailed in the Operational Terms & Conditions below.

Meet and Greet Service

For airport arrival services, we offer an optional meet and greet service where our chauffeur will meet you at the arrival hall with a name board. This service may incur an additional fee.

Child Safety Seats

We offer child safety seats in two categories:

  • Child seats for ages 1-3 years
  • Child seats for ages 4-7 years

Please request these at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

Multiple Pickup and Dropoff Locations

Our service allows for up to two additional pickup and dropoff locations for point-to-point services. Additional charges may apply based on distance and time required.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

  • Treat our vehicles and staff with respect
  • Comply with all safety instructions
  • Not engage in illegal activities in our vehicles
  • Not consume food or beverages in our vehicles without prior permission
  • Not smoke in our vehicles (all vehicles are non-smoking)

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.

Luggage and Capacity

Each vehicle has specific passenger and luggage capacity limits:

  • Executive Sedan (Mercedes S Class): 4 passengers, 2-3 standard luggage
  • Premium Sedan (Mercedes E Class): 4 passengers, 2-3 standard luggage
  • Executive MPV (Toyota Alphard/Vellfire): 6 passengers, 4-5 standard luggage
  • Premium MPV (Noah/Voxy/Esquire): 6 passengers, 4-5 standard luggage
  • Premium Van (Mercedes V Class): 8 passengers, 6-7 standard luggage
  • Luxury Minibus (Toyota Hi-Ace): 13 passengers, 10-12 standard luggage

The passenger and luggage capacities shown above are indicative estimates only. Actual capacity may vary on the day of pickup depending on the vehicle assigned, luggage size, passenger seating arrangements, and any other items being carried.

Please ensure your booking accurately reflects your party size and luggage requirements. If your luggage and/or passengers exceed the vehicle capacity on the day of pickup, we will arrange an additional vehicle at your expense.

Operational Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions (Singapore)

Grace Period

  • Airport Transfer (Arrival): 60 minutes
  • Airport Transfer (Departure): 15 minutes
  • All other services: 15 minutes

* After the initial grace period, a chargeable waiting time will apply in 15-minute blocks, priced at $15 per block. Waiting time is charged once a block begins. Once the second block of waiting time ends, it will be converted to a minimum 2-hour disposal service.

Example: Pickup time is 10:00am and the grace period is 15 minutes (until 10:15am). At 10:16am, the 1st waiting-time block (10:16am–10:30am) will be charged ($15). At 10:31am, the 2nd waiting-time block (10:31am–10:45am) will be charged (another $15). At 10:46am (after the second block ends), the job will be converted to a minimum 2-hour disposal service.

Surcharge

  • Midnight (2300hrs to 0659hrs): SGD 15
  • Midnight (2300hrs to 0659hrs): SGD 15 every hour (For Disposal Service Only)
  • Additional Waiting time: SGD 15 (blocks of 15 minutes)
  • Additional pickup/dropoff (within 5km): SGD 15
  • Additional pickup/dropoff (above 5km): SGD 20
  • Additional pickup/dropoff (above 10km): 1x Transfer
  • Child Seat: SGD 15
  • On-demand Charge: SGD 10 per trip
  • Hourly Disposal Time Extension: Excess of 15 minutes will add another hour to the total time.

On-Demand Request

For all on-demand requests, please allow a minimum of 1.5 hours for us to assign a driver.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Full Refund: 48 hours before commencement of service.
  • Partial (50%) Refund: Less than 48 hours but above 24 hours before commencement of service.
  • No Refund: Less than 24 hours to commencement of service.
  • No Show: No Refund

Terms & Conditions (Malaysia)

Grace Period

  • All Services: 15 minutes

* After the initial grace period, a chargeable waiting time will apply in increments of 1 hour, each priced at $45 per hour.

Surcharge

  • Midnight (2300hrs to 0659hrs): SGD 15
  • Additional Waiting time: SGD 45 per hour (block of 1 hour)
  • Hourly Disposal Time Extension: Excess of 15 minutes will add another hour to the total time.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Full Refund: 48 hours before commencement of service.
  • Partial (50%) Refund: Less than 48 hours but above 24 hours before commencement of service.
  • No Refund: Less than 24 hours to commencement of service.
  • No Show: No Refund

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number, if available. If you do not have a booking reference number, please provide your name, contact number, pickup date and time, and service details so we can locate your booking. In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible, offer an alternative service if available, and provide a full refund if no alternative is acceptable. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Booking Status and Tracking

For online bookings made while logged into your account, you can check the status of your booking by visiting the "My Bookings" section. Booking statuses include:

  • Pending Payment: Your booking is awaiting payment completion
  • Confirmed: Your booking has been confirmed and is scheduled

For confirmed bookings, you may be provided with a tracking link to monitor your driver's location on the day of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Limousine Service shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles
  • Failure to provide service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

Insurance and Safety

All our vehicles are fully insured as required by Singapore law. Our drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and vetted to ensure your safety. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety, you agree to use our services at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prestige Limousine Service and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written consent.

User Accounts

When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
